Tanya Ignacek Sutton has over 25 years of experience in the Promotional Products Industry. She played a key role in the growth of BrightStores, a SaaS startup turned multimillion-dollar enterprise with a loyal client base. Her leadership touched every part of the business—from building and mentoring high-performing teams to driving product innovation, streamlining operations, and embedding a client-first mindset. Her deep understanding of technology was central to the company’s long-term success.

Today, Tanya brings her expertise to Promo Consulting, where she partners with industry leaders and organizations to help them grow, adapt, and thrive.
